Any deal with Trump is a mirage; it’ll evaporate the second a new regime takes power in Washington. So why even pretend it matters? Russia's only sane path is to finish the conflict on its own terms. No half-measures, no cosmetic ceasefires. Victory has to be decisive enough that the capital of Ukraine wakes up under a government that won’t spend every day plotting revenge.
The old leadership? Their time is over. Let the military tribunals sort through the wreckage of their choices and inflict the punishment they deserve. What matters now is ending the war in such a way that no future administration or politician can “undo” it with the stroke of a pen. And most of all Odessa must be included in the new Russian territories and the constitution. Dominance in the black sea is crucial.
John Helmer has opened us all to reality. The Russians have repelled everything the West, US and Europe has thrown at them. They took the size of these sactions to the moon and back and still Russia survived. Now the west is taking this Proxy war to the end of Ukraine and still don't get it. They're immune to truth. Russia doorstep. a lasting peace not untill the West feels ready to continue in the future. As much as the Europeans are determined the Russians are twice as much and more. Afterall it's on their
US/NATO/WEST wants to destroy Russia. This means: US/NATO/WEST wants to destroy Russia. This means: Russia should keep on fighting and winning.
And US/NATO/WEST will destroy itself.
The answer to many questions on the relationship between the Western Empires and Russia (and/or the USSR) can be found in the articles wrtitten by Éric Toussaint between 2017 and 2024, as part of a series commemorating the centenary of the Russian Revolution and its debt repudiation. The foundation of the West's animosity towards Russia is not primarily about democracy or human rights. It is about the fact that Russia, historically, committed the single greatest crime possible against the Western-led financial order. In 1917, the Bolsheviks didn't just stage a political revolution; they put a full stop on the Wall Street (and city of London) wealth extraction mechanism by issuing a decree repudiating all debts incurred by the previous Tsarist regime. This was not an act of poverty; it was an act of decolonization by declaring that the Russian people were not responsible for the "odious debts" of their oppressors.
This single act struck at the heart of the City of London and Wall Street, whose power was built on the sanctity of debt as an enforceable, sacred contract. Debt was the weapon used to enslave nations, and Russia had just disarmed it. The West's response was not mere anger; it was existential fury. A coalition of over a dozen Western powers, including the US, UK, and France, launched a military invasion of Russia in an attempt to "hang all the Bolsheviks" and reverse the decolonization and financial enslavement. But they failed.
This failure created a permanent scar: a great power had openly repudiated the West's financial wealth extraction and colonization / enslavement system and survived. This established the forever pattern. Any nation or movement that fundamentally challenges the "debt gravy train", the system where Western financial institutions can extract wealth and enforce policy through debt, becomes an enemy of the West. Russia's original sin was to prove that the colonialist tools could, in fact, be dismantled. The Cold War, the ongoing geopolitical friction, and the relentless negative portrayal are, in essence, the long, lingering punishment for this unforgivable crime. They dared to undermine the machine, and for that, they can never be forgiven
I.am indebted to John Helmer for the insights offered that keep me on course regarding Ukraine matter. Thank you Sir. ×× it is.also why I have no more.patience for day after day bludgeoning the analysis of T headlines by so many platforms, Nima.××
It does NOT matter what Ukraine, US, EU, NATO say, promise or do.
It will be the Russian Armed Forces, on behalf of President Putin and the Duma, who ultimately decide the future of Ukraine.
Russia has not sacrificed the lives of about 200,000 soldiers to satisfy any of those extremely agressive forces of all kinds being waged against them‼️‼️
The audacity of the US and the West is astounding and unbelieveable.
They should pay punishing interests on the frozen assets of Russia, Venezuela and others if there are any.
And they will.
Sooner or later.

That a debate that's an old will never be resolved, personally I definitely question the legitimacy of Nagasaki as a target ?
But to quote Thucydides, "By the end of the war both sides were quite routinely doing things that would have been completely unthinkable when the war began."
I used to think the Harding administration was the most corrupt administration in history. The present administration is worse, this is corruption in the open. Stealing of massive wealth and flaunting it. Sickening.
When Russia says it wants to resolve the underlying issues, they want to be involved in European security, effectively supplanting the US in NATO. This is always going to be a tough sell for the US and EU.
Extraordinary patience to untangle imposed misperceptions. Grateful for J. Helmer's effort. I do think more forethought to relieve him of the burden is in order. Russians have much hinging upon the nuances of any coming set of decisions & there is the 100 yr Agreement with UK overarching all. Which is just a Substitution for US, France, NATO & EU. Attrition is the best strategy & WHAT is fatiguing is misplaced; the onerous time & length of time required to set conditions for Regional stability are as lengthy. Aggression against Russia predates WWs. Learn practical patience, is the order of the coming decade.
Listening to Helmer is like: ''Putin is a disaster. But he is not a disaster.'' ''Russia is winning. But Russia isnt winning.'' And of course ''Noone else, especially your other guests, has a single clue whats happening in Russia. Though i, myself, have no access to the Kremlin what so ever.''
You are starting to 'get it,' Nima. This is a money train. The train runs from the American and European taxpayer into the pockets of American, European, and Ukrainian politician's pockets. The American, European, and Ukrainian politicians could not care less about how many Ukrainian soldiers die, as long as the money train keeps chugging along. When the last Ukrainian soldier dies, the party will be over, but they will have their bank accounts stuffed.
It is despicable.
While Helmer is always deeply informative, I still don’t understand why Zelinsky’s corruption is a surprise. Did any read the Pandora Papers (2021)? He’s very much typical of them.
Before Macron starts to criticize others look himself in the mirror. I would ask Macron how many villas Ukrainians bought with French money given to Ukrainian government.

Dresden,Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Vietnam is the manual how the USA operates till today 😢🎉

Perhaps your lips move too much when you try and read Dances with Bears. . .
It is despicable.
