I love my hens 🐔 I take good care of them, and in return, they reward us with healthy eggs 🥚 ❤

As a powerlifter in the 70's & 80's I would consume a dozen of farm fresh eggs a day! My bodyfat was very low and my overall health was great. Was paying 50 cents a dozen back then & if I wanted to do that today I would have to win the lottery to be able to afford 7 dozen eggs a week!

I eat 2 boiled organic eggs from the chickens that are kept outdoor during the day, every single day. I have never been in medication for 37 years now.

I eat eggs EVERY day! I remember, in the 70's, eggs got a bad wrap, we were told not to eat them...they were bad for us. I follow a keto lifestyle. I've never had so much energy and focus, and I have a very healthy weight

I agree with eggs increasing the good cholesterol

I've seen that myself in two of my patients.. and it does it dramatically

For you, DR Berg I am from Greece, I am 49 years old and a high-level athlete. I have been eating about 45 eggs every week for 31 years. Everything was perfect except for the bullying they did to me from 1999 to 2015.

I eat two eggs a day every day and my hair is very shiny. Didn’t realize the correlation between the two just thought eggs were a great source of protein and vitamins plus I just crave them for breakfast every day. Really interesting videos ❤!

I was advised to eat 8 poached grass fed eggs every day for 2 weeks to correct my Edema. Guess what? The edema has not shown up, since 2011.

Side Note: There is no such thing as "bad" cholesterol.

Cholesterol is the molecule of life.

Thank you Dr. Berg for all of the content you share.

@JustJenLive  Not sure where you live but 7 dozen of eggs would cost me 72 dollars a week or 288 dollars a month in my neck of the woods. Too rich for my wallet!

I’ve had several doctors ask me what I eat and what supplements I take. Mostly because I’ve had 5 surgeries but even when I tell them, they’ll ask, “Ok, what’s that?” 😂

I stopped eating eggs, red meat and dairy a few years ago, and my health has been on a downward trajectory ever since. I've reintroduced eggs and still can't have dairy due to malabsorption.

I’m 58 and take zero medications.
I believe some medications actually cause more harm than good.
Edit: I also raise chickens (I only have 4 chickens).

Eggs also have a good amount of vitamin A, which helps with your vision, skin, blood sugars, hormones, hair, nails, lungs, gut health, etc. The list is never ending really. Eggs also have a good amount of biotin, which also helps with hair, nails, and skin. Biotin also helps you with fat metabolism, so it helps you absorb Vitamin A. And if you are reacting to eggs, consider duck eggs or quail eggs as an alternative. Duck eggs have a stronger taste, but they work well in recipes. Quail eggs taste just like chicken eggs, but they are much smaller, so you have to eat a lot more.
