I increased my egg consumption when I started a lower carb diet. After 6 months my cholesterol is lower than it has been in years, probably because lowering carbs cuts out a lot of sugar and junk food. But the eggs have not been detrimental.
I am 56 and Ive been eating 4 eggs a day for bfast for about 25 yrs. My cholesterol levels are FINE. Sometimes I have 3 more before bed (scrambled this time). I have also swallowed probably thousands of RAW eggs in my life. I am a natural bodybuilder. Love EGGS
When I was a lad, I ate four dozen eggs every morning for me to get large. And now that I'm grown, I eat FIVE dozen eggs, so I'm roughly the size of a BAAARRRRGGGE!
Last year, I went through a period of a couple of months where I ate a dozen raw eggs a day. Now I eat one pound of raw beef, two raw eggs and one stick of butter ... once a day. I've been eating once a day since Aug. 24th of 2016. This works for me and I lost 30 lbs since last Summer.
I eat 12 to 15 eggs per day from Pastor raised hens that are fed soy-free organic feed that I raise myself. I am 60 years old 6 ft tall and 175 lbs and have been eating that many for many years. I do not go to doctors.
I eat 9 to 20 eggs everyday and have for around 18 months now. I have had two blood tests done and it has not changed my cholesterol at all. I am healthier and stronger now than ever! egg protein is GREAT!
We had 10 videos pre-recorded and edited before we launched the channel, so all of them have the same audio.
We have now invested in a high-end device with much better audio. From August and onward all the videos will be recorded with much better audio quality :)
I love eggs, I eat them when ever I'm hungry for a snack or after I get home from track or cross country practice. Usually I'll eat about 4-6 at a time I don't see any problems with my health. I've also got a really strong and healthy heart so I don't see why people have big issues with it.
Previously I eat less eggs or none per day and I got bad cholesterol level (really high). Then I tried to consume 2 eggs per day and now about 4 eggs per day (2 at breakfast and 2 any in lunch or dinner) and came back with the result.. it seems that it may reduce my cholesterol level to normal since I ate more eggs. The level reading shows very good result and I started all this like 3 months time.
So I will continue to consume eggs and now I beginning to love it. Haha..
People usually count eggs as a single. Even if you say you consume 9 - 15 eggs daily you
have probably guessed short. There may be eggs in many
other foods they eat as a coating
or sauce - so it's probably considerably higher. I love them
In nearly everything I usally have
at least 6 in a single sitting scrambled or as an omelette
maybe even twice that. I use them
for washes / sauces / quick sandwich / tacos / pancakes and
so many more - so count everything
I'm sure it's much higher than you
think - I find them healthy and delicious -
I have been eating around 18 egg whites and 3-5 yolks for about 3 years. Recently got my blood work done (lipid profile, liver function, renal function), and everything was in the normal range.
I have eaten about 3-5 eggs every day for the past 3 years or so, with a few minor exceptions. Before this time, my blood pressure was extremely high, as well as my cholesterol, as I am obese (lost about 30lbs so far). I got my blood work done, and despite my weight (6'0 280lbs), my blood pressure and my cholesterol are near perfect.
Though for all of us who eat eggs every day let me ask you this. Is it something you just crave every day? I feel like those who crave it could have a deficiency in some way. Any thoughts?
I've been on 6 to 10 eggs per day for the past 2 years. My last blood work was perfect. My doctor literally told me, "you should be the poster child for good health, and go around teaching people how to be healthy."

I eat 8 eggs every day 7 days per week. (in the form of Omelettes usually with fatty butter and some meat) ....
I've lost 40lbs, take no more diabetes medication, and feel awesome. (Yes, I eat other things and take a multi)
I agree, on my LCHF diet, I eat 10 (give or take) a day without an issue. LDL is at its lowest, HDL well above healthy range. It's just so easy to prep them and snack away the whole day.

Anything over 5 grams is considered a high protein source.
Many bodybuilders who study nutrition and other nutritionists will disagree with you on that claim
hellowutlol Coming from a bodybuilder, you don't seem to know much about nutrition. Egg is high in protein and is very affordable/cheap based on what OP is looking for. 1 dozen costs less than $2 and gives you about 72g of Protein.
Well eggs have been the food of villages for thousands of year, if they were truly dangerous I think we would have found it out by now. Obviously eating something with a measure should be the ideal, after all in large dosages even water can kill you.
i Wonder Atkins died of blunt trauma to the head. He weighed 195 lbs at 6ft tall, which is hardly "obese." His weight increase at death was due to the fluids they pumped into his body while he was in a coma. It was noted that he had a history of heart attack and congestive heart failure, but he had never been admitted for any of these. It's moat likely that the hand-written, unofficial note was more accurately stating that he was at risk since he was diagnosed in 2000 with cardiomyopathy. If you know anything about the disease, you know it can be triggered by any of several factors, including viral infection, which is what his doctor believed was the cause for Atkins. His doctor also stated it is definitely not diet-related, and that Atkins had an extraordinarily healthy cardiovascular system. No records ever indicated that his arteries were blocked; in fact, when he was diagnosed three years before his death, his coronary arteries were stated to be free of blockages. What you're doing is what the media did. It's very similar to lying with statistics, and it's a textbook method of manipulating information to solidify points to support a fallacy. In other words, a case can be built around anything, but it doesn't change the truth.
